Refund and Returns Policy

At Gavolay, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery if all of the following conditions are met:

• The product is unused and unopened.
• The product remains in its original packaging.
• All factory, tamper-evident, and hygiene seals are intact and unbroken.
• The product is returned in its original condition.

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or whose original seals have been broken.

2. Starter Kit & Bundle Returns

If you purchase a Starter Kit or any other bundle, the entire bundle must be returned together.

Individual items included in a bundle cannot be returned separately. If any item in the bundle has been opened or used, the entire bundle will no longer be eligible for return.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer support team at support@gavolay.com within 15 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• The reason for the return
• Clear photos showing the product and its packaging
• Photos confirming that all original seals remain intact

If your shipping package is still completely unopened, a clear photo of the unopened package is sufficient.

Our support team will review your request and provide you with the return instructions if your return is approved.

Please do not send your product back before receiving confirmation from our support team.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.

Please include your:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect
• Photos of the shipping package, if it was damaged during delivery

Please keep the product and its original packaging until our support team has completed the review.

Depending on the situation, Gavolay may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

We will review your request and contact you as soon as possible with the next steps.
